I have been eating less and working out for 4-5 days a week for almost 3 months now and have maybe lost 1 lb. It is so frustrating! I am already hungry a lot of the time so I can't imagine eating even less. What am I to do? I don't exactly cook low fat(although I do my best) because I have a large family to feed but I thought by making those 2 changes it would have at least some positive results!
I hear ya, I've never lost weight, just gotten bigger and bigger over the years despite my efforts.
